解決方案
1、把openssl 解析去掉在php.ini
2、更換國(guó)內(nèi)鏡像 E:phpstudy2018PHPTutorialphpphp-5.6.27-ntsphp.exe composer.phar config -g repo.packagist composer https://packagist.phpcomposer.com
3、使用composer.phar來操作
E:phpstudy2018PHPTutorialphpphp-5.6.27-ntsphp.exe composer.phar代替composer
后來不再使用tp6，換tp5.1.37
